A cobertura com lonas de todas as cargas de sólidos a granel é obrigatória desde 28 junho do ano passado e foi determinada pela resolução 441, também do Contran. A nova resolução não informa, no entanto, o que será feito com as autuações já realizadas nos 14 meses em que a regra anterior valeu para os caminhões de transporte de cana para usinas.
A nova resolução ratifica que os outros veículos de transporte de cargas de sólidos a granel serão passíveis de autuações se não tiverem as cargas cobertas.
